A representative for Galderma will be here to provide education on their products during our event and signing patients up for their rewards program. Keri will be be injecting Dysport that day to those who have scheduled for it. Dermal fillers will be injected at a later date.

Dysport is a botulinum toxin that when injected blocks nerve activity in the muscle causing temporary reduction in muscle activity. This works great for frown lines, forehead lines, and crow’s feet. Dysport is priced per unit and amount of units needed vary depending on area that is injected. It is almost exactly the same as Botox, only the preservative is different.
Dermal Filler

Restylane Silk is a dermal filler indicated for dermal implantation for fine lines around the lips and submucosal implantation for slight lip augmentation. It is a clear gel formulation of hyaluronic acid. The most common side effects are swelling, bruising, redness and pain at the injection site. These reactions will typically resolve within 2-7 days of treatment. This product is usually only used around the mouth or into the lips, and lasts 6-9 months.
Restylane Lyft is an injectable hyaluronic acid used to correct volume loss and wrinkles in the face. When injected in to the cheeks it can provide volume and correct smile lines or nasolabial folds. Most common reactions after initial treatment include bruising, swelling, redness, pain and itching. These should resolve within a few days. This product is the thickest of the Galderma products and is typically used for the mid-face/cheek area, and lasts 1-2 years.
Restylane is a hyaluronic acid that was specifically designed to work within the different layers of skin. This product can be used for wrinkles and folds around the mouth and nose, to add volume to the lips and softening lines around the eyes. Adverse reactions include swelling, bruising, redness, and pain at the injection site. This product is thicker than Restylane Silk, but not as thick as Restylane Lyft, is most commonly used for lip augmentation, and lasts 9-12 months.
